BDR Construction and Consulting offers the industry leading repair and
roof maintenance services.
BDR has the experience and knowledge needed to ensure that a roof will perform
as it was designed.
Our repair department has handled all forms of leak investigations and repairs. Many of the top manufactures utilize our services to handle their warranty related repairs. They use us because, unlike most of our competitors, we repair by opening the roofing components and repairing the seals and not coating or caulking the roof. We also perform repairs for contractors who have installed a metal roofing system that does not meet the factory standards and is unwarranted.
Our crew will make the needed repairs so that a warranty can be obtained. We have performed work on companies such as Bush Brothers (Bush Beans), Honda of Alabama, and Hino Motors (Toyota).
We stand behind our work and if a leak occurs from an area that we repaired
we will return to fix it at our cost for up to 2 years. |
