• MAINTENANCE
Our maintenance program offers building owners a peace of mind. Most building owners
are beginning to understand that proper roof maintenance is beneficial in several ways.
1. By performing annual inspections any areas where small problems occur can
be fixed before they grow into much larger and more costly repairs.
2. All roofs that are covered under warranty are required to have regular
maintenance.
3. Proper maintenance will increase the longevity of the roof and prevent
premature replacement.
• WARRANTIES
BDR offers a WEATHER TIGHTNESS warranty when the roof meets our installation requirements. Regarding metal roofs, there are two types of warranties: a "materials" warranty and a WEATHER TIGHTNESS warranty. All of our warranties are non prorated and non depreciative. Materials warranty is passed through warranties provided from the paint finish manufacturer and usually ranges from 20 to 30 years. WEATHER TIGHTNESS warranty are typically for 20 years and cover leaks that occur as a result of improper roof installation.

When enrolled in our maintenance service we check fasteners and seals and clean gutters to assure that you will avoid problems.
We recommend maintenance each Spring and Fall. |
